Hot melt service was founded in 2010 as a one-man company. The company now consists of a team of three hot melt mechanics. Hotmeltservice aims to provide the best fast service by supporting production processes 24/7. The most important pillar for carefree production is good maintenance; regular inspection and use of A-brand parts for hot melt equipment. Annual checking and cleaning is also part of our 24/7 service. Preventive maintenance prevents production downtimes.
You can also get new, used and reconditioned gluing equipment in addition to overhaul, cleaning and maintenance work for hot-melt adhesive equipment of all brands.
We realise that it is of utmost importance to be able to resume production as soon as possible in case of a breakdown. Hotmeltservice therefore offers a 24/7 service.
A preventive maintenance programme, usually carried out on customer site, minimises downtime. In doing so, it is possible to temporarily install another hot-melt unit on the production line. With proper maintenance, many problems can be prevented. Moreover, hot melt service always has spare hot melt units and thousands of spare parts in stock. Besides maintenance, we also supply new and used equipment, hoses and glue heads.
Hotmeltservice offers original spare parts of dverse brands such as Nordson, ITW Dynatec, Robatech, Meler, Valco, HHS and PREO. Also various (used) hot melt equipment and/or overhaul of brands, among others. Industrial end-users and machine builders can also contact us for leasing, rental, customisation and advice.
