EVA hot-melt adhesives come in many varieties, most are processed at a temperature of around 160°C. There are EVA hot melts processed at 120°C, especially the higher processing temperatures of 180°C can cause problems with burnt glue.
EVA hot melts can usually be processed in all types of common hot melt equipment. The most well-known system is the Nordson hot melt adhesive system with a pneumatic pump. Hotmeltservice supplies original Nordson spare parts and has several reconditioned and new hot melt glue units in stock.
