Professional hot melt glue guns can be glue cartridge guns, hand guns fed by a glue tank, and automatic sensor-controlled glue guns.
The glue guns that sticks can handle are available in different qualities. The better versions require less energy when squeezing or are even pneumatically powered, have a higher melting capacity and do not pull threads. This also depends on the type of hot melt adhesive cartridge used.
For glue tanks, there are also hose-fed hand hot melt glue guns, in several variants from different brands.
Glue tanks are usually fitted with automatically controlled ljimp guns, the most well-known brand hot melt glue gun is Nordson.
