Packaging hotmelts are increasingly used on a Polyolefin or Metallocene base, these hotmelts are usually more thermostable, charring less quickly, and therefore hotmelt equipment has fewer maintenance needed.
Modules, Nozzles and other wearing parts do need to be of professional quality, the number of circuits in the food packaging industry quickly reaches several million before a failure of your gluing equipment is allowed to occur.
