Hot melt service has chosen to include another type of spray module in addition to this CF200 Padhotmelt spray module from Nordson. A swirl cone is rotated on that module and the advantage of this one is that the air holes cannot get clogged because the air is added outside the nozzle. This module is mostly used in the Non-woven industry but also for anti-slip applications.
