HotmeltService also repairs Buehnen hot melt units type HB 5010 with gear pump. As you can see from the photos, we do not write off a unit quickly. Most of the repair time therefore goes into cleaning the surrounding parts. This is mainly because people overfill the hot melt tanks with hot melt granules. This then runs liquid along the tank and eventually burns.
After overhaul, the unit can last for years again and everyone remains familiar with their equipment.
